What we need
If you experienced an error...
- Provide:
- a picture of the error or the entire text of the message
- a short description of what you were doing when it happened or steps to reproduce
- any other helpful details

- Provide

- Hint: You can copy most pop-up messages in Mobile Claims by pressing <Ctrl>-c

Where to find your Mobile Claims files
Your Mobile Claims may be installed to one of the following two locations, depending on when it was installed:
Older:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Symbility Mobile Claims
Newer:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CoreLogic Mobile Claims
Helpful files
Small files that can be emailed or attached to a ticket:
mClaim.dmp - contains information about the last Mobile Claims crash event
mClaimLog.db* - contains information about what happened when you synchronized
mClaim.ini - contains information necessary for us to decode your .db files
Large files that must be uploaded it to our FTP site
mClaim.db* - has the data for the claims you own
* Any .db file you submit must be accompanied by your mClaim.ini to be decoded.
How to see the files on your computer
To browse files and folders on your Windows laptop or desktop computer, open your File Explorer by pressing the <Windows> and <E> keys together:
Then find Local disk (C:) ► C:\Program Files (x86) ► CoreLogic Mobile Claims
