How to reset the window positions in Claims Estimate?

By default, the MFC framework retains the position of the main window (the monitor on which it was last opened), along with the position and state of the claim tree, the ribbons, and so on...

It’s possible that this information could become incorrect or that the tree pane might be moved out of view, etc...

There should be a method for the user (or for Cotality Customer Support) to restore all MFC window positions to their original state. To do this, the user needs to hold down the “shift” key on their keyboard while starting Claims Estimate.

This will reset all MFC window panes.
