Minimum Operating System Requirements - 2024

Change to Minimum OS Requirements with Release 8.0

Claims Estimate (formerly Mobile Claims) is being redesigned with a new look, technology upgrades and feature enhancements for users globally.  With these advancements, new minimum technology standards will be required to continue using Claims Estimate on all devices. 

• New minimum OS requirements will begin with Release 8.0, which is scheduled for release in November 2024
• Windows 10 1903 (18362) or higher or Windows Server 2019 (18362) or higher will be required to run Claims Estimate
• This requirement only affects Claims Estimate and does not affect Claims Workspace or LINK
• All user types of Claims Estimate will be affected
• Customers should start planning for this transition as early as possible
