To use Mobile Claims without an internet connection, while using Single Sign-On, you will need to setup a two-factor authentication with a mobile app.
We recommend the usage of either the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. Both support the 16-digit setup key provided in the Mobile Claims Software. Both are available on Android and iOS (Apple products).
When opening Mobile Claims for the first time with the Single Sign-On authentication you will be asked if you want to ‘Setup Offline Mode’.
Clicking on ‘Setup Offline Mode’ will bring you to the Preferences Page under the ‘Offline Mode Tab’ where you can setup the two-factor authentication.
If you do not have this prompt you can always reach this page by clicking on the CoreLogic logo on the top left of the screen and then click on the ‘Offline Mode Tab’.
Click on ‘Offline Mode’ to start the two-factor authentication setup.
Using any two-factor authenticator app that supports 16-digits code, use the code provided and setup the link between Mobile Claims and the two-factor authentication app.
To test if the authenticator app is linked correctly with your Mobile Claims account click on the ‘Test Offline Mode’ button to start the test.
The authenticator app that you are using should give you a 6-number code to enter. Entering the code here lets us test the offline mode. After this test, you are now able to connect to Mobile Claims without an internet connection while using Single Sign-On.
If you are having issues with your offline code, you can click on the ‘Reset Offline Mode’ button to reset it. You will be asked to confirm if you are sure to reset the offline mode. Click ‘Yes’ to reset the code and start the configuration from the start.
