IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING NETWORK ADDRESS CHANGES
FOR CORELOGIC CLAIMS (SYMBILITY) CANADA – ACTION REQUIRED
As part of our commitment to the highest level of security and performance, CoreLogic will perform a network migration. Your secure connection to our services will be affected. Some configuration changes will be required on your part.
The following systems will be included in this maintenance:
- Claims Connect and Mobile Claims (ca.symbility.net)
- API and Integrations
- BI Reports
- Downloads
- SFTP Data Site
Our IP addresses will change.
This has a direct effect on your security settings and the ability to access our services.
This is scheduled to happen Saturday, October 16th around 1:00am ET.
There will be a downtime of ~15 to 30 minutes for the move.
There are three changes affecting clients.
1st Change
- The IP address for ca.symbility.net and for downloads-ca.symbility.net and for bi-ca.symbility.net will change from 71.19.185.5 to 20.48.135.148
- The following IP ranges should be allowed for primary, DR and failover purposes:
- 20.48.135.148
- 71.19.185.1 to 71.19.185.30
- 216.13.74.245
2nd Change
- The outbound IP address will change from 71.19.185.4 to 20.48.135.148.
- The following IP ranges should be allowed for primary, DR and failover purposes:
- 20.48.135.148
- 71.19.185.4
- 216.13.74.242
3rd Change
- The IP address of sftp-ca.symbility.net will change from 71.19.185.17 to 20.48.135.148.
- The following IP ranges should be allowed for primary, DR and failover purposes:
- 20.48.135.148
- 71.19.185.1 to 71.19.185.30
- 216.13.74.245
How does this affect clients:
- Clients who whitelist IP addresses their users can access need to make sure the IP ranges listed above are whitelisted.
- Clients who whitelist IP addresses their servers (used for API integration) can access need to make sure the IP ranges listed above are whitelisted.
- Clients who whitelist IP addresses that can call their servers (ex: API notifications) should make sure the outbound IP addresses listed above are whitelisted.
