Why do I see old claims on my Claims List? [Mobile Claims]

Claims will stay on the Claims List in Mobile Claims if they are still active - the assignment or claim is not finished. To remove them from the claims list you may:

  • Complete the Assignment: open the claim and click the assignment that belongs to your company.  In the pop-up Assignment window, click Assignment Completed.

  

 

















  • Close the claim: if this claim is completed, from the Claim Status, select Claim Closed.


Once your claim is closed make sure the checkbox "View this closed claim / completed assignment in Symbility Mobile Claims" is unchecked.  It will then no longer appear on your Claims List.
